We take an initial deposit to begin to confirm your booking. Afterwards your remaining balance is due 14 days before the event date - this date may change depending when you book vs. your event date. We can provide payment plans if required. All payments must be paid before event execution.

Just ask us on our call or via email! We'll quickly make a quote for you & add it to your experience! Please be mindful that some things you see on Instagram could be custom experiences outside of our regular packages, so add-ons may change your total quoted package.

You’re booked! Everything will start to happen seamlessly. The NP Team will send you an email soon with more information including your design & itinerary. If we need additional details from you, like selecting your custom music, we'll reach out via email, so keep an eye on your inbox.

All of our packages include a professional photographer for the proposal as well as a 30-minute engagement photoshoot directly afterwards in the set up of your location and nearby scenic areas. These photos are delivered to you within three weeks in a digital album with 30-40 fully edited photos in a digital album.

Stay calm. We know how exciting this is, so try to breathe and be patient. Feel free to share with your family & friends (pick people who can keep a secret), so they can get excited with you! Planning a trip for the proposal? Try to focus on other fun parts of the trip and save the proposal planning for us!

Here's your play-by-play cheat sheet of exactly how to propose:
Prep a few quick sentences; 3-5 things you really want to say from the heart (keep them short & easy to remember)
As you take your s/o's hands & look into their eyes, take 3 deep breaths before you start to speak (those 3-5 points above)
Do your best to be in that picture perfect spot (this is on your design files), then take one more big breath and get down on one knee
It's best to take the ring box out of your pocket and hold it in your hand as you get down on your right knee (that way the ring box doesn't get stuck).
When you're ready, pop the question!

We will also customize your quotes to reflect these personalized vendors.

Want to give them a gift besides the ring? All of our packages include champagne and a bouquet but if you have something special in mind, you can ship it to us and we will have it set up and ready to be included in your proposal!

The NP team, your photographer, and other planning partners will jump in to congratulate you! Our team will take it from here... Simply enjoy the views, your proposal surroundings and take a few moments to really let it all sink in!
Your photographer will capture candid photos as the music continues. Then, your photographer will lead you through a 30-minute formal engagement shoot!
Afterwards, it's time to enjoy the rest of your evening! We always recommend booking a romantic dinner for the evening to really enjoy the moment as a newly-engaged couple.

Absolutely, just let us know who is coming and when and we will include them in the itinerary and the plan! For Zoom calls, we will guide you through this and can have a laptop streaming the whole proposal!

Our videographers include one fully edited 2-4 minute cinematic video of your proposal experience. No audio.
